What do YOU Think?

So I've been looking at different hair styles cause I need to get my hair done before my hairdresser goes to work for a different (more expensive) salon. So I've got it down to 2 different styles.





Now I do def. want layers, and I'm NOT taking off any length, But I want a style and some serious highlights. I used to do my highlights by myself, and I still do for the most part, but I want them done professionally and I want all over ones, like the Beyonce pic. I'm just not sure if I can do THAT light tone of hair ya know?



Thats the lighest I've ever had my hair. And I LOVED it, it was so me, but then I tried doing something with my bangs and messed up hardcore and had to get my hair all dyed a dark reddish brown..So bye-bye beautiful highlights..lol.


This is what my hair looks like right now, with my added highlights and after I curled it with my Corioliss Flat Iron. But yeah those are the 2 different styles I'm thinking about, lemme know what you think and if you have any suggestions then thats awesome! Love ya Babes!
